Our relational approach focusing on the individual and her or his relationships is successful for individuals in many types of crisis

People struggling with:

  • Various forms of depression or anxiety, panic attacks or obsessive disorders.
  • Life cycle or identity crises, such as gender or sexual identity.
  • Psychiatric diagnoses such as schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder or major depression or other symptoms of “mental illness”.
  • Eating disorders, addictions and substance abuse recovery.

Treatment may also focus on major life decisions, personal and ethical dilemmas, career changes, or how to maximize one’s happiness and effectiveness.

During individual therapy we draw on family history, cultural and religious beliefs, or present family relationships to help resolve individual issues.
